Job description

Position objectives

ENEA is currently searching for a qualified Senior/Lead Software Engineer to work on a Contract to Hire opportunity with a Medical Device company in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. You will be considered the right-hand of the current Software Engineering Manager and will assist in Full SDLC development under FDA Standards.

Contacts & Supervisory responsibilities

You will be leading the Software Engineering team as the Right-Hand to the current manager.  The team is small but talented and need a strong communicator to continually improve team efficiency and functionality.

Qualifications

  1. Must have 8+ years of experience working as an Embedded Software Developer in C++ or C# and at least 2-3 years of development under FDA standards (Medical Device Class III)
  2. Some Leadership and Mentoring capabilities and experience

Required key skills

  1. Experience developing on Embedded Windows in C++ or C#
  2. Visual Studio experience (2013 preferred)
  3. FDA/Medical Device Software protocol process knowledge & experience (up to Class III)
  4. Great Communicator, Leader, & Mentor

Great to have

  1. Experience Debugging Hardware using Software
  2. Experience in manufacturing line control or test software
  3. Experience with any of the following:  Win32, MFC, Windows Embedded, USB Development, LabVIEW.
